Children's Sunday School Classes
The children's Sunday School classes use curriculum that will help children:
---develop a deep and life-giving relationship with God
---respond in faith to Jesus Christ's redeeming love
---seek and trust the guidance of the Holy Spirit
---recognize the Bible as the Word of God, the primary guid for faith
and practice
---identify themselves as children of God and grow in discipleship
The Older Elementary Class are exploring the Bible and discovering how God's people related to God throughout history and that Jesus taught about God and showed God's love in everything he did. They explore how God relates to them today and how they can relate to God.
Themes of Study are: Creation, Hope, Life of Jesus, Discipleship
The Younger Elementary Class has been learning stories of Jesus from the Bible and our "Exploring Faith" curriculum. We enjoy singing with the keyboard, doing crafts which relate to the story and themes, as well as learning to share with one another as God's children.
